whipping cream vs. heavy whipping cream

大家好，问个问题。我看很多食谱上做奶油蛋糕时做装饰用的是淡奶油。可商店里总看到 heavy whipping cream,  没有见过 whippign cream. 我每次用heavy whipping cream 觉得口感很厚重, 不喜欢。 哪里可以买whippign cream?
