意大利式脆饼

Biscotti

2 cups flour

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

 

3/4 cup butter melted

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs (room temperature)

1/2 cup dried cranberries (soak in warm water for 30 minutes and drain)

1 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts

1/4 cup orange zest (optional)

 

1, 烤箱预热 350华氏度,

2, 面粉,泡打粉, 盐和肉桂粉混合过筛待用,

3, 融化的黄油和糖,鸡蛋用叉子搅匀,

4, 2,3混合,

5, 4中加入蔓越莓, 榛仁碎以及橙皮末混匀,

6, 5等分并塑成11inch x 3 inch的两个长条, 放入铺有parchment paper的烤盘上,

7, 放入烤箱烤30-35 分钟后取出, 室温晾凉15-20 分钟.

8, 烤箱温度下调到300华氏度,

9, 用锋利的厨刀像锯树干一样来回拉动把面饼切成半吋宽的片, 铺在垫有parchment paper的烤盘上,

10, 放入烤箱烤30分钟, 或直到表面金黄取出.
