We have at least one month of 100 degrees heat

This year it started early, usually it's hotter in mid July and August.
4th of July is supposed to be BBQ season but eating outside is too much a pain.
We have bought a bag of charcoal, it could last through Fall.
Winter is too cold to cook out. Snowing sometimes.
Carolina Sandhills or Central North Carolina is where we live.
