If one is into chocolate, her attention will not be paid to praline. There are some good pralines. Most of them, though, either distort or overwhelm chocolate's taste and texture. If you have excellent cocoa beans, you don't want to mix them with things like raspberry, caramel, etc. Nuts are usually fine. If the darkness is less than 65%, the fine taste is not there.
So some of the best chocolate are actually in the form of 一条或一板的.
Ignore the popular brands, like Godiva. Try some local shops, or small brands. Chocolate is like pastry, in some sense. You won't find excellent pastries in big grocery stores.
