I have a very cheap one it works very well

$20, Oster brand, from a estate sale last year.
It takes much less space than stand mixer and could be laid on the ground.
I put it in a corner with my cleaning stuff, brooms, dust pan and swifters.
I just need to add ingredients into the removable bucket, close the lid and plug it in.
Select dough.
One hour later, it's three times bigger. Sweet.
It does a superb job in raising dough, for making pizza, bread, steam bun, etc..
One cup of milk, two cups of flour, one tablespoon of sugar, bag of dry yeast.
Never be simpler a recipe.
If I have fermented sweet rice wine, I add a little into the milk. It's even better.
Cheap doesn't always means worse.
