My suggestion is to bid for Mater Chef or Iron Chef!

I love cooking shows, but am always dissappointed to see very few Asian - never mind Chinese - chefs on those shows. I was really hoping for Ming Tsai to get Iron Chef last year. Food is a great venue to introduce our Chinese traditional culture to the world. Don't you agree? :)
