大热天的搞了个小爬梯, 不是我爱折腾, 我是欠债还债, 我去他们那儿蹭吃蹭喝乐的时候, 你们没看到, 厚厚…

没在屋里开火, 东西准备好了就在院里做的,

头台:

Spanish cured meats and Manchego cheese

French Baguettes

Dipping oil: : Extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper,

Arugula salad

Salad dressing: : Extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, wine vinegar

Rosemary garlic marinated roasted red bell pepper, grape tomatoes and green olives

Marinate sauce: Extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, capers, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper

Tomato wine steamed mussels:

Sautee onion, garlic, add chopped grape tomatoes, cook until soft, pour 1 cup Vermouth wine, bring to boil, add mussels, cover for 5 minutes until all shells are open, season with salt and pepper.

烤鱼: Grilled fish

Fresh caught fish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, brush with rosemary and garlic flavored oil, grill.

给淘淘宝宝诱惑下, 父子俩跟朋友一起去深海打鱼了, 不过没有石公班, 老鼠班, 到是钓了沙班 (sand bass)

本想加到海鲜饭里, 但怕他味道不好, 就烤来吃了,

甜点: Crema Catalana

4 cups whole milk

2 cinnamon stick

Rind of 2 lemons

2 tsp vanilla extract

8 egg yolks

2 TB cornstarch

1 cup sugar

1 cup sugar for topping

Bring milk, cinnamon stick, lemon rind to boil, simmer for several minutes, and discard cinnamon stick and lemon rind, set aside.

Whisk egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract, cornstarch until creamy. Slowly pour milk mixture into the bowl, whisking continuously.

Pour the mixture back into the sauce pan, slowly heat up until it thickens. Pour into a shallow dish, allow cooling, then refrigerating for several hours.

Before serving, scatter the other cup of sugar evenly on top, use a torch to caramelize the sugar.
