cruise

I don’t know where to post my question. So I can only choose most popular forum

I am going to take cruise out of Miami to Caribbean in August. The cruise I am choosing is Carnival Liberty. I have below questions
1) I have motion sickness. Any effective way to prevent it on the cruise?
2) I will fly to Miami. Any shuttle service from airport to cruise?
3) What about food on the cruise? If I go to specialty restaurant, do I have to book it in advance? Charge is free?
