粉用了三分之一中筋，三分之一全麦，三分之一苦荞

另外除了葱，油，盐以外我还放了少许花椒粉。

平时不爱吃中国家常cooking，尤其恨花椒的他居然吃了俩。第一句先说“hmmm, chewy”然后又“interesting”，然后“not bad”。小样！我说那你吃了一个又一个。

他说“still prefer baked bread over steamed bread”。嘴硬。
