Are Waring Pro and Cuisinart the same company?！

上次说在Amazon上买了阿椿用的Waring Pro 牌子的 meat grinder，收到的却是Cuisinart牌子。于是给买方理论，要求退还。结果被告知其实是两者是一家（肯定被人家笑话我无知了，哈）。我拿不定主意了是留是退了。估计最终还是留下。让我再想想。

Waring Pro and Cuisinart are in fact the same company.  The Waring Pro name is being phased out, and all newly manufactured product is being shipped from the factory with the Cuisinart name badge.  There is no difference between the items, only the name plate/sticker.  The information we provide to Amazon.com states "Cuisinart" in the product title, however the Amazon.com system is based upon information from multiple sellers, and is still showing the name "Waring Pro" in the title.  This does not take away from the fact that you received the identical item pictured.
