交作业---不同形状的面包

发面方法一样, 都是在面包机里发面, 然后拿出来整形. 随便放家里有的东西. 我用了两种馅: 1) 培根加洋葱末; 2) 椰丝加蛋黄和1 tablespoon butter

After shaping, let rise for 1-2 hours, until the dough is twice as big, place into oven,

350 degrees, bake 25 minutes.

从私房学到许多JM的绝活, 自己终于动手做面包. 成功几次, 周末下决心要回汇报… 千叮咛万嘱咐自己记得拍照, 结果有时侯还是忘了, 大圈面包吃了快一半, 才想起来该拍照. 请同学们包涵.

我参照了私房众姐妹的面包房子(对不起, 不能个个点名谢过, 以后想起来再补吧), 根据我自己的面包机容量, 用料如下:

1. Milk: 1 cup

2. Cottage cheese (或者做豆浆剩的豆渣) 1 cup

3. 1 egg

4. All purpose flour – 4.5 cups

5. Cake flour – 0.5 cup

6. Yeast: 3.5 tea spoons

7. Salt 1 teaspoon

8. Sugar 1/3 cup

9. Dry milk 1/3 cup

10. Butter 2 table spoon

用面包机的regular dough cycle 发面. 之后分为两大块面, 每大块有可以做成大圈或者分成16个左右小的.

简单, 好做, 吃众反应良好.

我的体会是: 许多东西是可以改的, 不可以改的是液体和固体的比例, 发酵粉的量.
