Pregnant and constipate

Pregnant over two months and constipated.
I have to use my own fingers to get the feces out every morning,
wearing latex glove and smeared with ointment.
It is painful, gassy and causes hemorrhoid.
It seems like nothing really helps. Drinking more water, taking stool softner, fruits, kelp, etc..
I've almost forgotten about the fact of being pregnant,
just fighting with my sick stomach every single moment. Colon cancer wouldn't be worse than this.
No.2 baby, so pregnancy seems not that important, no more excitment or joy, 
it only adds tons of sufferings to my body. Who cares when it's another child coming? Nobody indeed.
I don't know why we still want this baby after all. My first born is a perfect, lovely child.
Why is it so bad this time around? And what to do?
