这是他给我的信中的一部分：

You need not sign a contract with us .But we would want you to be in our Company for at least a year. We would want a verbal commitment from you. Nothing written.So you will not be bound to us but we hope you will be guided by your conscience.

You need not pay anything to us.Coz the H1 processing is our look out.We will do that for you as you are on your OPT.

We will not charge you on anything .We will be doing everything for you.Thats the reason why we would want you to stay with us at least for a year .But that’s only a verbal commitment.
