关于Internet Explorer 的 task bar

我用的是windows xp home edition,最近上网时，IE的task bar 经常消失，我每次都是用 system restore 去恢复，有没有哪位遇到过这样的情况，怎样可以解决这个问题，请赐教，谢谢!
