There're WYSIWYG programs like MS frontpage/Macromedia Dreamweaver etc. but none of them comes free. There are Warez websites where you might be able to download those but remember you do it at your own risk! Not only because of copyright issues(I'm not trying to be a smart ass here) but these websites normally contain malicious s or codes which will cause problems to your own PC. But a trial version of the mentioned software should at least gives you the freedom to find out what web developing is all about.
