Now I see your dilemma. Don't use WinZip but rather WinRAR 3.2. WinZip self-install file is bigger than 1.4 MB, and thus can't fit on a floppy. But WinRAR can.

WinRAR can unzip .zip file just as well. So download a WinRAR self-install file onto a floppy. Install it on your PC and unzip the multi-disk AOL installation zip file to your PC. Install AOL and try to get online.
