Win XP professional, Outlook Express

Cable modem --> PC
Hotmail account: works
Other POP3 accouts: work

cable modem --> ROUTER --> PC
Hotmail account: works
Other POP3 accounts: FAIL

Anybody knows how to config the router? Thank!
