recover email account

Hi,

I forgot my password for my yahoo email account. Since I didn't remember the personal information I put in yahoo when I registred it, I couldn't get a new password from yahoo sign-in help page. I wrote to yahoo customer care center, but it seems they can't help.
I wonder if any friends here have any tricks about this? please advise. Thanks!
