请高手们帮忙：我的电脑播放音乐或电影是没有声音，可以肯定音箱没有

或关机时，都有声音。其实昨天看电影时还好好的，今天开机时又一个小窗口pop 出来，

不知道这个和没有声音又没有关系？感谢任何帮助和建议。
