配置太低；3）中毒了
对策：
1）start>run>msconfig, startup tab: uncheck most programs, then restart your PC; and do not run too many programs simulteneously.
2) use windows 98 and office xp or lower version; do not install windows xp.
3) scan you pc with anti-virus software
