Virus, mligh. dll

Dear,

McAfee 8.0 warns me that my pc wmuAdware-Virtuas infected with mligh.dll (detected as Adware-Virtundo ). MaAfee move the virus failed. Would you kindly let me know how to kill it? Thank you
