Sina has a lot of advertisements in form of flash and ActiveX and I guess you CPU is not capable to handle it. To fix this - go to IE Tools -> Internet Options -> Security and clik Custome Level, and di*****ale all the activeX and scripting. Also, put ad4.sina.com.cn in you blocking site list.
