我的HOTMAIL里的附件全部打不开

专业人士们:我的HOTMAIL里的附件全部打不开, 出现:Internet Explorer can not download was not able to open this internet site.
The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.please tey again later.这样的问题已经很久了,我怎么试都是打不开.
