Update your BIOS

to the lastest one. If it still doesn't work then
your MB cannot support HD > 137GB, which means you
just have to change your motherboard. Maxtor may
have OS drivers to overcome that problem but I have
never tried. Anybody else know if Maxtor OS drivers
work even BIOS cannot recognize HD > 137GB?
