(1) Try to boot from safe mode, see if you still have the same problem.
If "you have the same pronem"
Than "You need send this laptop for repair";
Else
You need a new display driver;

(2) You can also lower the resolution of your display setting from 32 bit to 16 bit to see if this will fix your problem.
