SOS

My laptop was affected by spyware, which locked my keyboard. I tried to reinstall windows system, but it didn't work, so I tried recovery CD to rescue it, but laptop showed it couln;t find CD-ROM driver. I completely don't know what can I do. Please give me a hand?
