I use Win2000. The directory is in the following folder. "JustPassBy" is my user ID in Windows.

D:\Profiles\JustPassBy\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

If you still can't find it, try to search for folder "Microsoft\Outlook", or just "Outlook".
