仅对新文件生效。方法：
打开word,On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the User Information tab.
In the Name box, type your name.
The name you type appears in the Author box now.
这个贴无论如何简化它，总是发不出，真见鬼，文学城这个发贴程序有太多BUG.
