Help! Virus

I got a problem with my computer. I found my computer was sending something out when I was online. I use dial-up. I am pretty sure it's virus. But I don't know what kind of viruses it is. Last time I had the same scenario when my computer was affected by Nimda. This tiem...... Anybody knows anything about this?
