Here it error message. Please give some advice. Thank you.

Unable to connect to the server. (Error Number:0x800ccc0e)

Suddenly I cann't send e-mail from outlook. It worked before I downloaded and installed a software (commonly acepted one, maybe Firefox) from web. The installed saftware was uninstalled. The same POP3 setting works in another computer. I uninstalled outlook and reinstalled it. Doesn't recover. Any idea for how to repair it.
