什么叫 round disc 和odd shape disc

今天在看汽车CD PLAYER的manual, 上面说一定要用
round disc, 不要用 odd shape disc.

请问什么叫 round disc? 我自己烧的CD 以及从国内买的盗版CD
事属于 round disc 呢 还是 属于 odd shape disc?
