SOS, Notebook screen damaged

I used a C.R.T cleaner manufactured by compu-kleen Inc to clean my laptop screen.

According to the instruction, I sprayed the liquid directly to the screen, but now the edge (bottom part of the screen) has like a water stain inside. How can I get rid of it.

SOS, it's company laptop, I need to return it.
