how to turn off TV OUT

I got problem in playing DVD. software: PowerDVD. It plays the DVD for about 3 seconds and then gives error message: TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled.
can someone tell me how to turn off the TV OUT function? I don't think my PC has TV OUT device.
