Help Needed for chinese progra

Dear Sir/Madem,

I tried to install a English learning program (Sui Xin Suo Yu) on PC with Home XP. However, copy data error occures. Then, I copied all data to a path in PC. However, I still could not install it. I used to install it on Windows 95 successfully. Could you please tell me how to install the program? Your help would be great appreciated.
