How to use overnet to download

I never use ED/Overnet before. If I want to down load some files from "http://bbs.leoboard.com/non-cgi/usr/73/73_218.torrent", what should I do? Do I have to set up a new friend in the friend list? I got the *.torrent file by Flashget. How could I use it? Please help. Thanks.
