hey there,

download ms-antispyware and do an system scan if possible.

do you have anti-virus s/w? update , and boot into safemode, scan your computer again.

if still problem download spybot1.3 and adaware 1.5, update and boot into safe mode to scan.

if you still got problem, download hijackthis and post your log here to see if I can help...hehe..its easter got some free time...
