help!!! computer cannot load

have an emachine T1105, today I use compress air to blow out the dust in the
machine. After that , the computer cannot load up. IT will stop after show the
" Emachines" logo, and cannot enter bios. I have tried to put out the memory
stick and put it back, still not working. how can I solve the problem?
