Video card setup

By default, the video card in your laptop doesn't send signal to s-video out. You have to change video card setting to make it to do so.

Usually it's in Setting->Control Panel->Display->Setting->Advanced->Displays. You can either make it send signal to both LCD panel and TV(s-video) or TV only. The default setting is that it sends signal to LCD panel only.
