请教：用McAfee扫出一病毒，删不掉，咋办？

"the file A0013985.exe is a known trojan file. please try to clean this file or delete the file and restore from backup"。 提示病毒在 c:\system volume information\...目录下。怎么找不到此目录？严重吗？
