Bullshit Hotmail!!!

Hotmail is so fxcking up lately. Everytime when I try to log in, it gives me that "Server is too busy" message a millions of time before I can actually have access to my emails. I was wondering if they're trying to do something. So it's not a supprise to me that they ask you to upgrade.
