What is pupw.sys file?

When I started my computer, it showed " pupw.sys is not a legal windows image." So I deleted this file. I restarted my computer, it showed "pupw.sys is lost." Then I reloaded it. It showed " pupw.sys is not a legal windows image" again. What should I do? Please Help!
