急: U-S-B2.0 CardBus问题

买了一个US-B2.0 External Enclosure回来才发现我的Laptop不支持US-B2.0(有US-B2.0 Port, 但Controller Chip是U.S.B1.1的).
再买一个U.S.B2.0 CardBus 会解决问题吗? CardBus是不是只提供Interface, 还是需要Laptop本身带有U.S.B2.0 Controller Chip?
