you can backup the data file

to a cd.

the data file is under:

C:\Documents and Settings\You Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\..\..\Outlook Express\*.*

in the new computer, you can start the Outlook Express first to set up a temp account. Then use the old file replace all the files under the save location.
