window XP taskbar program icon

想请教一下,program icons on the taskbar, how to minimize them? For example, I am visiting "文学城" with IE. The taskbar shows IE icon with 文学城 next to the icon. I want only the IE icon shows on the taskbar. Don't show the program titles. How can I do that?
