Is that DI 164 or DI 614? The default address of your Dlink router (192.168.0.1) may be conflict with your DSL modem. You may need to change it to other value within your LAN, like 192.168.1.1

BTW, you can always call Dlink support to let them help you on this porblem. Good luck.
