1. in BIOS, set boot from a:
1. copy win200 software in to d:
2. boot from a: use win98 boot disk.
3. re-patition c: as NTFS, not DOS16.
4. cd d:/win2000, type winnt start installtion.
5. in bios, set boot from c:

i think your error is at step 5.
