Please help wireless network

we just got Verizon DSL and eveything works well on the main computer. However, I have had a hard time configuring the wireless connection from another desktop.

I am using a Netgear WG311 v2 802.11g pci card. Using the newly downloaded driver, we were able to set the ssip and wep key. There is good signal at 54 mpb but we just could not get the connection.

What else do we need to do? Please help.
