IE Homepage Changed!

Hi, Teddy shung: Thanks for your reply for the IE homepage problems.
According to your experience I tried to restore the setting with my PC. I found a Yes and No solution! I could change the "default_url" and the "search_page", but I could not change "Start Page", as I restarted the computer, it changed back to the one I don't want. I have tried 3 times! Does anybody have another trick?! Thanks!!!
