XP Problem? or Browser? SONY?

Sony NoteBook, XP OS, always an error information window with red cross when
visited some websites (like sina, wenxuecity, cnn):

"A runtime Error has occured"
"Do you want to Debug?"
"Error: Access is denied"
"Yes, NO"

Anybody can give me some help? Where this problem comes from? Hardware or XP
or Browser? Suffer from clicking it again and again!!
