Winfax 10 - No carrier problem

My Winfax 10.92 was installed under XP with service package 2. I update all staff from windows and symantec. No any problem with setting. While I try sending fax and receiving fax, status always shows no carrier and stops. I use a IP phone as fax line. Could you please let me know if you have some suggestion?
